Don’t miss this one, folks! Our special guest is Ken Grossman, co-founder of Sierra Nevada Brewing, Chico, California.

| Where: | Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub (308 Catherine Street), upstairs in the Pub/Taproom |
| When: | 22 February from 07:30 to 10:30 |
UPDATE! Here are some more details for everyone planning to come take part in the rollicking fun and friendly competition…
Categories. T-Shirts celebrating craft beer will be accepted and judged in the following three categories:
- Craft beer from “Cascadia”—a region which, for the purposes of this competition, includes British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and Northern California
- Craft beer from anywhere else in the world
- Homemade craft-beer-related designs, including significant alterations of existing commercially-available t-shirts [if there are enough entries for a reasonable competition]
Rules. As this is a T-shirt contest, only T-shirts will be judged. ‘Props’ will be Resolutely Ignored in the judging process, regardless of how relevant they are to the celebration of craft beer. We don’t care how fantastic the accompanying socks, hats, Lederhosen woven from dried hop bines from last year’s harvest, or dancing shoes.
Can’t wait to see the turnout!

Please join CAMRA Victoria in welcoming our newest Corporate Member and Victoria’s newest Brew Pub. After a great deal of construction, preparation and red tape, The Moon Under Water Pub and Brewery , 350B Bay Street, officially opens today
Word of mouth managed to fill the place for a successful ‘soft opening’ last night and gave the current limited-but-delicious food service a shake-down cruise. The full menu will come on stream as they get into the swing of the new kitchen.
Take a moment to give owners Don & Bonnie and Chef Kyle a welcome to the neighborhood; don’t forget to taste drive a few of their brews – you’ll be glad you did.
