Brewhouse dinner taking place on November 7th, tickets on sale at Canoe Brewpub.

$35 per person includes 3-course dinner and beer pairings.

The Menu:

- 1st Course -

Family style ploughman’s handmade by choux choux charcuterie. Paired with Artifact Amber Lager – smooth and complex, with a refined malt richness.

- 2nd Course -

Pemberton meadows braised beef, heirloom carrots, herb mashed potatoes, local braising greens, gremolata. Paired with River Rock Bitter – A true E.S.B, impressively hopped, beautifully balanced, bold pronounced taste

- or -

Spent grain crusted local halibut, creamy farro, sea cider beurre blanc, braised lemon fennel. Paired with Red Canoe Lager – European pilsner, crisp and light in colour. Malty up front with a lively Czech saaz hop finish.

- 3rd Course -

Brewhouse sampler plate, brown ale icecream float, brown ale chocolate cake, vanilla whip, cherry compote, almond brittle, fleur de sel.  Paired with Vinny’s beer infused cocktail.
